PRICING, PAYMENTS & BILLING

• We are always happy to give free estimates on work requested by our customers.  We will be upfront and tell you that we are not the cheapest company in town, but we highly believe you get what you pay for.  

• Our 30 day repair warranties and one year new installation warranties are proof that we stand behind our work.

• We offer Senior Citizen discounts and offer our customers coupons on a regular basis. We also offer service agreements which are designed to keep home plumbing maintenance cost down for our clients.  

• Crossroads Plumbing LLC notifies our clients at the time of scheduling and once again when the plumber calls to go out to the job location of pricing, minimum hourly rates, and travel charges. Once our plumbers are onsite and diagnosis the problem(s) at the location, the plumber then notifies the client of what needs to be done and an average cost in order to keep our clients as informed as possible.

• Crossroads Plumbing LLC recommends that our clients be present during service work done by our company.  If the client can not be present, there should be a representative of the client there to ensure the client’s complete satisfaction.

• During regular office hours, there are 1 to 3 secretaries/dispatchers available to take calls, answer questions, quote rates, and schedule jobs.

• Clients are requested to sign work orders and pay at the time of service.  All invoices are processed once they are turned into the office daily by an accounts receivables clerk.  The accounts receivables clerk checks all work orders for proper calculations and GPS times are also compared to billable time to ensure proper billing.  In the event an error is made the client is notified by phone of the mistake and a refund check is sent immediately.
